The problem he sees: It’s inconvenient to get travel meds, even if you have a primary care provider, which only 65% of American millennials do. And if you’re lucky enough to have one, you’ll still need to wait an average of 24 days for your visit. Plus, you’ll likely be referred to a travel clinic anyway. These clinics are costly and have poor customer experience.

How he solves it: Josh built a direct-to-consumer telehealth infrastructure - think Roman for travel medication. Runway makes it seamless for travelers to get a prescription and have the meds delivered to their door in 3-5 days.
